Elderhood is a stage of life with unique needs, joys and challenges. Through discussion and self reflection, we will create a community of support for those striving to thrive in Elderhood. This is a 12-week class.
Dr. Laura Belsten has been an executive and leadership coach in private practice for over 25 years. The primary focus of her work today is in helping people thrive, flourish and find a sense of wellbeing. Alice Edwards has experience supporting people throughout the stages of their lives as a high school teacher, a La Leche League leader, and a hospice volunteer.
